App

  • Why should I collect customer data, and how should I use it?
    The more you understand about your customers (their demographic information, interests and preferences) the more you can tailor your communications, services and products to them. Use of this type of intelligence can help to increase customer loyalty and sales.
  • How can I communicate with customers directly?
    By sending push notifications you can deliver all kinds of information to your target audience. This could include, for example, updates to your menu, special promotions or information about events. You can design and send out push notifications on your own, or we can help you by working with your marketing agency (please see point 2 in the ‘Regarding the Marketing’ section below). We can also help you to communicate with your customers directly (costs will be charged separately).
  • How long it will take to develop my app?
    We work hard every day to ensure the timely delivery of your app. The whole process typically takes around 3-4 weeks. The majority of this time is spent discussing and confirming the graphic design of the product.
  • Will the app be compatible with new updates, or will I need to pay extra?
    Your bespoke app will be kept up-to-date and will work with the very latest operating systems, including any iOS or Android updates. This maintenance is included in your package and will not incur any additional fees.

Marketing

  • What do I need to prepare for my app? Do I need a logo, content or design, for example?
    Typically, we collect graphics from your existing website, but we also offer a bespoke design service for premium package customers. Rest assured, whichever package you choose, we guarantee an effortless and trouble-free process.
  • I already have a marketing team - can you collaborate with them?
    We can work seamlessly with your marketing team to create and send push notifications for new events, promotions, menu updates or direct communications. We are also happy to grant your marketing team access to operate and update the app if required.
  • Can you help me to promote my app?
    Yes we can. When your app is ready to launch, it is very important to engage your target audience. We can help you to design banners for your website and social media platforms, as well as flyers and other promotional materials. This service is provided FREE OF CHARGE.
